Terms & Conditions
We at Great-mugs strive to deliver the highest quality
as well as exceptional service at the lowest prices
in the market. While we strive to meet your every expectation,
we want you to be aware of certain limitations. Please
read and acknowledge receipt of the following stating
that you agree with and are aware of all the criterion
and conditions listed.
We specialize in screen printing on
ceramic wares, glassware, and steel travel mug. Our
process is consider an art, mainly focusing on printing
your ideas on to our promotional products. After studying
our competitors we believe that we offer the best printing
solutions, artwork designs, quality printing, fine detail
printing, and customer satisfaction.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an
invoice confirmation with 72 hours. If you do not receive
your invoice via email, please call and we'll be glad
to email or fax you a copy.
When you place your order, we automatically assume you
do not need an artwork proof. By not requesting your
proof you will be receiving your merchandise sooner.
We only recommend artwork proof for designs with a lot
of text.
You are responsible for proof reading
all the type setting and layout of your printing. Although
every effort is made to reduce errors in spelling, grammar
and layout, we cannot be responsible for reprinting
jobs that have been proofed and approved by the customer
for printing.
Any items that has been proofed and
approved for printing by the customer or customer's
representative will only be corrected at the customer's
expense.
If you choose not to proof your job,
Great-mugs will not be responsible for any errors and
will expect payment in full for work completed.
Purchasers/Customers/Clients assume
complete responsibility for obtaining permission for
reproduction of logos, copyrights, patents, trademarks,
etc. Great-mugs.com will not be held liable under any
circumstance.
All agreements are contingent upon
strikes, accidents and other unavoidable delays beyond
our control.
*SPECIAL NOTICE*
Normal Production Time is only 6-10 days.This does not
include any shipment days. We do not guarantee UPS,
Fed Ex, or Trucking delays.
Please contact Great-mugs by a call,
fax or email a request for individual PRICES. Please
have the following information available when a quotation
is required: Number of Colors (Spot or Process), Quantity
Required, Size of Image(s). Taxes, Film and Artwork
are extra, if applicable. Unusual circumstances in raw
material, precious metals such as gold, fluctuation
of the dollar, may result in an increase in prices without
prior notice.
- COLOR MATCHING
Ceramic & Glass Colors are stocked
in a wide variety of colors, but we cannot guarantee
exact color matches. Colors may vary due to firing conditions
and the type of substrate. For example; there are many
types of glazes used on ceramic products. The type of
glaze used may or may not have an effect on the finalcolor
of the product.
- GOLD IMPRINTS
GOLD OR GOLD GROUP COLORS will be requoted
if usage is deemed excessive. Pinks and Purples (gold
group colors) series colors are priced at a premium.
Precious metal gold is also available at a premium.
- PRODUCTION TIME
Our optimum PRODUCTION TIME is 5 to
9 days after receipt of order, depending on size of
order. This is subject to adjustment based on volume.
On the order form if you specify you have a in-hands-date
we will do everything within capability to have your
products delivered to you before your in-hands-date.
Rush fee may apply.
- CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Acceptance of an order for custom products is not subject
to cancellation.
- DECALS
Great-mugs.com is liable only for decals purchased, and
will replace misprint or defective decals. Check decals,
before application, for any errors or misprint. Test
fire each shipment before complete de coration. We are
also not responsible for any loss due to improper firings.
- SPORTS BOTTLES
Price includes one color imprint, free second side imprint.
Production time 7-14 business days. Please specify cap
color, otherwise we will choose a cap color for you.
-GLASSWARE
Our imprint are design for decorative purposes . Hand
wash only. If you need permanant imprint add $0.35 each
glass.

- GENERAL INFORMATION
Our prices may change due to the content
of our business. We strive to be lowest price in the
country!
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Orders are acknowledged if required
or whenever questions about artwork, prices, credits,
colors, production time, ship date and delivery instructions
have to be clarified.
- ARTWORK
We will accept clean, black and white,
camera-ready art or electronic art (vector based with
all text converted to curves/outlines). If not converted
as outline we will print the file as is. We reserve
the right to determine what is camera-ready art. If
touch-up, redrawing, or design is required, an art time
charge may apply. Electronic art is accepted for Mac
or Windows and can be submitted on CD, floppy or Zip
disc (100 MB capacity). Send Adobe Illustrator 10 or
lower (.ai or .eps), Freehand 8 or lower (fh8 or .eps)
or Corel Draw 9 or lower (.cdr or .eps). In the event
you cannot provide vector based art, we will accept
TIFF or JPEG, but only at the imprint size or larger.
Grayscale art should be at least 300dpi and bitmap art
should be no less than 900 dpi.
Submitted artwork will automatically
be resized to max size unless otherwise noted. Requested
typestyles will be matched as closely as possible. Exact
match cannot be guaranteed.
All art submitted is subject to review
and possible additional charges.
Instructions for layout, size, typestyle
and location of imprint should be clearly specified
with all orders. All halftones submitted should be 42.5
dpi at no less than 30% and no more than 70% value.
More importantly, instructions for imprint on one side,
two side or wrap around should be clearly stated.
The proof approval form sent with the
proof must be signed and returned before production
begins, unless your event date will be due, we will
then decide either to send order into production or
not. Delays to proof approval may result in a change
of the scheduled ship date. Any art approval signed
by you will be your responsibility when the order is
complete. Pay close attention to the layout, size and
all typesetting. A preproduction proof is treated the
same as a speculative sample. Random samples will be
shipped UPS Ground within 48 hrs. We reserve the right
to NOT send proofs. If we feel the artwork and order
is complete we will proceed with the order even without
a proof approval.
Screen charges and setup charges represent
cost of photography, screen production and any and all
minor touch ups required for art. One time screen charge
is $39.00 per color per screen.
Due to the nature of the production
process and the variation of ware shapes and sixes,
a registration variance of 1/16" may happen between
imprint colors. This variance is considered acceptable
in the industry.
A selection of standard colors is listed
below by using PMS numbers for reference only. Colors
are approximate when used on white glazed mug. They
will appear differently when applied on glassware and
on various colored ceramic mug. When a specific color
match is desired, please include a PMS number or color
swatch. Due to the nature of ceramic colors, an exact
color match cannot always be guaranteed. Some colors
can not be matched.
* Metallic gold or silver are optional
at additional charges (see 22 k gold & Platinum
Charges) Specify Micro-safe if required, non micro-safe
is default
*Irr. gold or Irr. silver are optional at additional
charges at $0.40 per item.
If multicolor design with tight registration
requires the use of a decal to achieve the requested
result, there will be an up charge to our normal pricing
and will require an additional lead time in production.
The minimum order for a decal is 36 pieces.
- DECAL - FOUR COLOR PROCESS
Minimum orders are 36 pieces. A paper
proof approval must accompany all decal orders before
final production begins. Special pricing must be obtained
on 4-color process. Complicated art work requiring extensive
amount of artist time may incur a charge. We reserve
the right to determine what is complicated artwork.
Wraparound or second side imprints
in direct printing incur no extra charge on most items
if the same color is used. However, if a wrap around
or second side imprint can only be achieved by using
decal application or a different setup and screen, there
will be an additional charge accordingly. Gold or platinum
on the second side will also incur an additional charge
based on the imprint area.
- DISAGREEMENTS
DISPUTES other than those involving
freight carriers must be made within 8 days after receipt
of shipment. Under no circumstances will we accept return
of an order unless prior arrangements have been made
with our office.
>- CLAIMS
Claims must be made within 8 days of
receipt of a shipment. Claims for freight adjustment,
breakage, printing, shipment of wrong merchandise, or
delays must be filed within 8 days of receipt. Return
merchandise must have a authorization from the factory.
We reserve the right to inspect items from the actual
production run before processing any complaints or disputes.
-CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order
within 2 hours. There will be a 15% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your oder after the 2 hour period you
will have to pay for any service fees such as (screeens,
art time, production cost). All cancellations must be
done in writing and must be confirmed by DM customer
service.
- RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by (DM). If we receive
a package that was returned and unauthorized. We will
ship back the goods at the customers expense.
Returns may subject to a 25% restocking fee, Shipping
non-refundable.
- OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS
Due to the manufacturing difficulties,
we try, but cannot always guarantee the exact quantity
shipment of an order. Shipments of 288 pieces or less
are subject to a 10% over run or under run, shipments
of 289 pieces or more are subject to 5% over or under
run. All decal orders are subject to an over run or
under run of up to 10%. We reserve the right to make
exact quantity shipment request at a additional up charge
of 5%.
- SPECIAL PACKAGING
Mailers are available for most item.

- QUALITY OF CERAMICWARE & GLASSWARE
Due to the nature of production process,
slight variations and small imperfections in ceramic
and glassware are not considered flaws. Variation in
raw materials, glazes, production equipment and firing
temperature may result in variations in size shape,
glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable
industry standards.
- SHIPPING, BREAKAGE & FREIGHT
CLAIMS
F.O.B. Point South Florida
C.O.D. orders not accepted
Most order shipped by motor freight
or UPS, depending on destination and weight of shipment.
All shipments unless otherwise specified will be sent
freight prepaid. The shipping charges are then added
to the invoice.
If an inside delivery is required, the request must
be stated on the order. It will incur additional charges.
Additional charges will incur for residential deliveries
if so demanded by the carrier.
Motor freight shipments are palletized and shrink wrapped.
UPS shipments must be repacked into larger cartons the
cost of $4.00 per carton.
All shipments leaving our factory are inspected and
signed for by the carrier. Great-mugs.com and it's parent
company are not responsible for breakage and delays
in delivery. Any damage claim must be filed with the
carrier within 8 days and will be limited to damages
noted at the time if delivery. Unless requested, all
freight will be shipped at a release value of $0.90
per pound. Higher release values are available at an
increased shipping cost which will be invoiced. Title
to goods passes to the buyer upon release to the carrier.
Split shipment: First three locations are no additional
cost then $5.00 per location.
Items broken in transit will only be replaced in minimum
orders of 36 pieces.
Large Order Quotes
Any quotes for special items or large
quantities over catalog count must be submitted by fax.
All specifications must be included on request. All
special packaging request, catalogs and samples must
be requested by fax.
We reserve the right to have our
company information, including our logo on the bottom
of our mug.
Website subject will change without notice.
- REPLACEMENT POLICY -
No Returns on the following (misprinting
, shipment shortage, ink color correciton, or delay).
In any case of a event date, we highly
recommend ordering a few weeks prior to printing.
Incase of any misprinting , shipment
shortage, ink color correction, or delay we will reprint
the project. The cost price will depend on who is at
fault.
To file a claim with your product you
must write us, email us or fax us a letter stating your
situation.
No Rush Service available for Re-Print
Claims. We will ship Re-Print orders Ground Delivery
Service, unless the customer is willing to pay for faster
Delivery Shipment.
